2011 F150 Platinum. 3.5 Ecoboost. 130xxx miles.
Having an issue with the climate control not working. No air blowing nor is the compressor engaging. Started after a knocking sound came from the dash. Control module still works heated and cooled seats. buttons light up for heat and ac side just doesnt do anything when you press them other than it showing on the climate screen you changing the temp or fan speed. Sounds like the knocking sound was the blender door actuator but would that cause the blower to stop moving air? Checked all fuses and pulled battery power. The first time I pulled power it started working after for about a week then stopped again. Now pulling power doesnt change anything.
