Lift kit questions; 2010 Crewcab

All,

I need some advice. I have Bilstein height adjustable front struts to fit my Toyo 33's, but now I want to upgrade to 35's or maybe (?) even 37's. What do you all recommend as far as:
1). What lift system do you recommend? A local shop is recommending a 6" superlift system where I can use spacers on my front Bilsteins and then put new rear shocks on. My biggest concern is ride quality. I do mostly highway driving so this is mainly for the looks. I don't want to give up much (I know there will be some) ride quality.
2). About how much should I pay, all in (labor and parts), for the lift. I've been quoted $2,300 by a local shop.
2). What do you recommend for 35 or 37 tires? I currently have Toyo Rugged Terrain which were a nice mix of off-road and AT, but still a little loud so think I want to go back to ATs given the highway driving I do.

Appreciate your all's help and advice.
