Steering wheel volume control 2014 platinum changes channel

I have looked on the forum for this issue regarding the 2014 but couldn't find anything. Every time I use the volume control it changes the channel or skips to the next track in queue.
Help? Really annoying.

It might be the clock spring in the steering wheel.

It could very well be the Clock Spring. Although I haven't heard of the problem on these F150's. I could be wrong. Do you here any scraping noises when you turn the wheel? Any other gremlins. I had a '94 T'bird and a '91 Tracer LTS that I needed to replace a clock spring on. The T'bird was effecting the air bag light, and the Tracer was the cruise control. I know when I first got mine I kept hitting the wrong button until I got use to it. How long have you had the truck?

I had that happen on my truck a couple years back, started just like yours and spread to cruise control and others
It was the clock spring took the stealership 10 days to figure it out.

Good luck
