Question Oil Catch Can And Downpipes

I have a 2012 F150 ecoboost that has 83000 miles, would it be a good idea to put a UPR Oil Catch can on or at 83000 is it too late? Also if I put a off road downpipe on instead of having a catalytic converter will it give me better performance and if yes how much more horse power?

Thank you,

Catch cans are snake oil, just drill the intercooler and you get the same thing without having a bunch off goofy looking beer cans zip tied under your hood that you have to empty. Search about drilling the intercooler, there is a ton of info out there on it.

The catless downpipes will give you a few ponies but you'll have to run custom tunes to kill the CEL and you won't pass emissions. It's not really worth it to me.
