Need help finding a part number.

2009 F-150 XLT 2wd 4.6L

I recently damaged a line on the rear of my gas tank while dropping the gas tank to replace the fuel pump. I believe it is one of the EVAP lines. We managed to mend it so it would work temporarily but now I am noticing a rough idle as well as after a Full fill up at the gas station truck likes to die in a low idle.

I have done a lot of searching and still can't seem to find a part number or a location where I can order this line. If anyone has any experience with this please point me in the right direction.

Best suggestion is to take the part to a Ford dealer to get part #.
