Shutter when starting to move?
I've just bought a 2014 F150 super crew with a 5.L and a 6.5' bed with 35 grand on the odometer. Now here's my problem. When I leave a stop light I feel a shutter for a bit then it goes away. Also when i'm driving along on these winter roads it feels like the transmission and transfer case are bouncing beneath me. I've had it back to the ford dealer already and they checked the drive line out. Meaning they measured the angles. Don't know what that has o do with this but ok! Then they stated that everything is as it is suppose to be. WHAT! Just drive it. Is anybody else experiencing this? If so was it fixed?

If the drive shaft angle with the transmission is different from the drive shaft angle with the differential, there will be a vibration due to the design of u-joints. When a u-joint is not straight one end speeds up and slows down twice every revolution. With the angle the same at both ends of the shaft, the speed change of the drive shaft will be cancelled out.
The only things I can think of right now to check is looseness of the u-joints which the dealer should have checked and possibly the clutches in a limited slip causing the shuddering. But the LS clutches shouldn't cause a problem going straight down the road. ???

Roadie i agree the dealer should have check the u-joints, but they shouldn't be bad at 35,000 miles. I also question him on the tanny, but they told me they checked the system and the tranny didn't send out any codes. So is what I'm feeling normal? If so Ford should address it! as for the bouncing I'm feeling when i go over bumps in the road could it be the muffler moving?
