my 'phone' button is not working

2014 F150 XTR
previously sync'ed phone not acknowledged and phone button does nothing. accessing SYNC phone thru menu just jumps to radio

Try disconnecting the battery with key on for 10 minutes. This will pull all power and reset the modules

Try pressing the media button a bunch of times. This happens to me occasionally. Usually goes away after a few minutes of driving.
