Customer brought in the truck saying the 4x4 operation was not working properly. Put it up on the 2post lift and when in 4x4 high option the transfer case engages then 30 seconds latter it disengaged and repeats. The dash shows the proper 4x4 mode. The vacuum is fine. Probbed the clutch wire at the tccm and in all modes it has intermitten ground/power. Took the mss apart and the points look ok but I cant find any input volts that are supposed to come out of the switch. Also have checked battery, grounds, fuses, relays ect.
any pointers??
