driveline clunk

Okay so I drive a 2012 f150 xl single cab with the 5.0L and I have noticed a clunk in the rear end when I take off from a stop, any answers?

I just had my 2011 FX4 in the shop for this. If I recall correctly, there was a TSB that required the tech to adjust the pinion nut.
