Quick Degas cleaning question

Quick Degas cleaning question
I went to firestone last month and they did a coolant flush, i was hoping the degas would cleaned out to, but it didn't.
Do you guys think i could take the bottom hose of the degas let it drain and spray the inside good and clean off the walls. Put the hose back on and fill with 50/50 would be ok? Thanks
