2014 F150 FX4 and Hyper Flash

I have replaced the rear bulbs with LED and as I suspected, Hyper Flash. I really don't think I want to go the resistor route and apparently the flash relay is not available on 2009 and up models. All the rear lights work fine and the flash rate does not bother me all that much. Back, braking and tail are all fine, it's just the flash rate.

My question is, will this cause any harm to the vehicle if I were to leave it? I'm not sure if there are any laws in Ohio that would prevent a flash rate as long as all the lights were working.

Need some advice...

use 726-22-01 (BCM) change the 0104 to 0004 using Forscan and watch hyperflash go away.
