2012 ecoboost overheating.

I have read a lot of threads on overheating F150 ecoboost. I own a 2012 king ranch with max tow package with 58000 miles. I tow a small tear drop trailer in Arizona and had no problems untill I climed a 6 percent grade in 4 th gear at 70 mph. The truck ran very hot in a short time I was going 70 mph. I had the radiator flushed twice at my local Ford dealer and took the truck and trailer back to the same hill. The speed was the same in the same 4 th gear and the temp gauge stayed below half the entire time. The truck performed flawlessly. I recommend a aggressive radiator flush to solve the problem just thought your members might like the feed back.
