Here is the TSB, it is for the 5.0 and 6.2 TSB 15-0137
And here is the Part number to fix it, I got it from Amazon for under $16 EL3Z-14293-A Fuse Relocation Kit

Wondering how you wired this? I've been looking for a kit to plug into the wiring harness.

Wiring was actually pretty easy, just find the right wire and cut it and plug the other in the hole and solder them together. Kit has everything needed except the Soldering Gun and the Heat gun for the shrink tube.

In this video shows a 3.7 V6 but the part number is the same and will work for a good over view of the process.

Thank you very much, appreciate it.

This reminds me of the Fuel Pump Drive Motor issue on the '04-'08 years. The housing would corrode and the board would get wet and short out leaving you stranded. Easy inexpensive preventative fix.

It's standard on the Platinum model. You can get the switches etc to add to the console.

It was last week, but I just got my password reset!

GT turbo's installed along with Ported Manifolds, Exhaust, Intake and SPD turbo adapters. Truck is running really well and I think MPT is only a revision away from having the tune dialed in. Only bolt-ons really left are hot-side CAC pipes and Down-pipes. Can't remember if i posted about it, but I also got in a Full Race Intercooler with Tial Blow of Valve.

Now to hit the Dyno again for some updated numbers!

I wonder the same thing, I really like the feature on my Wife's Edge. It's on the list to see if I can make something work later on this year. Need to take a bit of a break from truck mods for a bit.

I know what you mean about taking a break, my wife looked at me from the corner of her eye when I told her my replacement tonneau cover just came in ....I had the factory trifold soft cover but I really didn't like the way if opened and closed, kind of a hassle. I gifted the old one to a good friend with '13.

This is a roll up and I used some Cabelas gift cards I had been hoarding for a while to knock the price down.

Went and did a little more datalogging for the tuner. I think we are getting pretty dialed in for the current mods. Truck runs strong.

Now if the Dyno shop would get back to me with a date to get some updated numbers.

Did a little camping over the weekend. Only second time I have used this truck to tow. Tow/haul mode catches me off guard when it down shifts while braking....

Not too many around. It's a 1999 New Beetle 1.9l turbo diesel. Same engine as in the Jetta and Golf in those years. What's nice is it has no badges saying diesel or TDI on it.

Should drive it more as it gets 49mpg. But I am a truck guy all my life so we usually use the F-150 with 18mpg.
