Need help with this problem

2010 Ford F150 XLT 4X4 4.6L 3v Motor

Sometimes it wont start just turns over. Ive Hooked a scanner up to it and came up with no codes at all.Its the weirdest thing. I drove it to work on Thursday morning came back after work around 5 pm and it would just turn over and wouldn't start. Left it at work Thursday night came back Friday afternoon and it started. Any suggestions?

If it turns over, the battery and alternator are not preventing it from starting.

What is the THEFT light doing? Have you tried the second key?

The Theft light flashes. Also I have used both keys. I replaced the PATS receiver in the steering column thinking it was not reading the keys but evidently that's not it.
