So been looking to replace my 2012 F-150 FX4 5.0 Upper and lower Radiator hoses with silicon ones.
I've found a lot of kits for the TT Eco boost but nothing that specifically says for the 5.0.
Does any one know if there interchangeable or if any one makes a kit for the 5.0?

 

What is the advantage of silicon hoses? My 2002 still has its OE hoses.

 

longer longevity. I'm on the road a lot traveling state to state. had more then one hose give out on me and leave me stuck. The OE Hoses hold up good but they do go, silicone is more durable in my opinion. Plus you can get diff colors and really dress up your engine.
Also easier to modify, I plan to add a coolant Filter to my system, with OE hoses you cant really play around with em much the silicones you can.
