09 platinum heated seats, radio buttons

I have a 2009 f150 platinum with the sony navigation radio. Recently a few items stopped working- heated seats don't work, they won't even light up- either side, cooled seats work fine. Button #3 and the seek backwards button stopped working. The sub also stopped working too. I'm not sure it's related but a few months ago I though a blend door went bad too, passenger side.

I know I read somewhere that there is a module that may control a lot of these things, and I would rather look into testing that first, but can't find it now. Has anyone had any problems like this?

I'll add today that also the driver side temperature down button does not work either, but if I bring the climate controls up on the screen I can turn the temp down?? Anyone?

If I had to guess it sounds like the switches you use the most have stopped working?

The steering wheel switch is just a resistor and two electrical contacts. Very simple to test

I don't believe there is just one module involved with all of those systems you're having issues with

Thank you for the response, I don't totally doubt that the could be the issue, it would be strange that they all quit working on the same day though? and the passenger side heated seat button as well, that is hardly used unless my wife is in the truck. Is there a way to test the buttons?

BTW, the truck only has 89,000 on it, I've owned it since 50,000 and have had quite a few problems with it.
