Best tonneau cover

Have a hard fiberglass cover that came with the truck when I bought it. 2010 f150 fx4 crew cab. Looking for a retractable tonneau cover that won't let water in the bed. What's the best one out there?

Although mine isn't waterproof, I have yet to see any water make it into the bed during normal use.

I have the Access "Vanish", it's a roll up. I'm very happy with it overall.

I've had a Truxedo LowPro since my truck was new in '09. Still looks like new with 2 treatments of 303 every year. Has never leaked a drop. Stays nice and tight summer & winter. Very happy with it after 7+ years.

For retractable covers, check out Retrax, Pace Edwards and Roll N Lock.

I had a Truxedo LoPro on my Silverado and loved it. I never had any water get in my bed. Eventually I'm going to get one for my F150

Go with Truxedo or Retraxone retractable tonneau cover and you are safe against hard rain.

I've had an Acces Lorado on my truck for the past 6 years. It lets a little water in back near the tailgate but not much.

The only problem I've had with it was in high winds. I was out west a few years ago and with a 55 MPH crosswind the velcro couldn't hold on. The whole cover was flapping around in the wind like a sheet. But that's an extreme environment for me...I've never seen wind like that anywhere else.

We love the Pace Edwards Ultra Groove Metal retractable tonneau installed on our 2015 Ford F150 SuperCrew. Looked for a long time to find a cover that also made it possible to carry cargo above it using the T-slot rail system. It's so nice to have valuables locked under the tonneau cover and have our mountain bikes loaded on the Thule Bike Rack system above the cover. We also use the Pace Edwards Utility Rig to carry our sea kayaks above the truck cab height. This cover makes our truck extremely useful.
