tachometer problem

How can you reset a tachometer on a 2013 MINE SITS AT 3000 WITH ENGINE OFF AND GOES FROM THERE WHEN YOU START THE ENGINE.

Did you mess with the needle?

Your best bet is to carefully remove the needle and place it at 0 rpms. Besides replacing the cluster, I don't think there are any other options.
