Tire size question, thanks!!!

Hey everybody. I've been searching a lot on here and I'd really just like to be sure before I spend a grand or so on tires that I get the right ones. I'm a fan of Goodyear duratracs so I'll be going with those. My question is what is the largest tire size that I can go with on a stock 2013 4X4 XLT supercrew? Stock 18 inch rims will be used. Thanks!!!

Without doing any other mods to the suspension or needing to trim, it seems that you can go a size or 2 over the stock width number.. For example, if your OEM size starts out with "265", you can usually go to a "285" (and leaving the rest of the numbers the same) and be okay.. You'll still have to re-calibrate your speedo if that's important to you..

I think some have gone to even a "305" and been real close to rubbing, but okay for the most part..

I just spent about $1100 on these tires, but they are still the OEM size, but I really like this style of tire over the stock Bridgestones that came on the truck.. :)

These are "Back Country A/T" from a local tire chain in my area and the stock 275/55/20 size.

Good luck!

Ok, so I got my truck leveled with a 2 inch kit. Now I'm just debating on 275,285 or 295/70 18. I really want to go with Goodyear Duratracs. Had them before and really liked them. Any opinion on these tire sizes anyone?

295s should fit fine with a 2" kit, that's what I ran on my 2013 XLT. The only times they scrubbed was when I would turn sharp at odd angles, like down a steep hill on the farm.

HELLO GUYZ. If i can chime in here. I have a 2013 supercrew XLT with 18" wheels. I put Bilsteins up front and raised it 1.5 inches. Was given a set of **** Cepek rims 17X9.
How big can we get under it without rubbing???
35x12.50x17 ???
315x70x17 ???

THANKS FOR ANY INPUT
