Bilstein Leveling kit Q

I recently purchased the Bilstein leaving shocks. I plan on setting the front at the max 2.25 height but wondered if I should leave the rear at 0 or set it at 1"? I am looking for as close to level as i can. Ive searched but haven't seen any threads on someone setting the front at max and the rear at 1 and how it came out. I'm getting this installed on Friday.
This is going on a 2010 F150 super crew Lariat 4x4

Thanks for any advice in advance.

David.

The rear shocks don't adjust. It's just the front struts that adjust.
I have Bilsteins in all 4 corners with the fronts set to max height.
