Updated to the latest software for sync. it was paired with My Samsung Galaxy 6 edge just fine and driving home from work it just stops I cleared My phone of all BT devices and also did a master reset on the truck. neither My phone nor My Wifes Samsung Galaxy 6 can see the sync. any help would be appreciated, Thank You

Have you tried a different phone or device other than the two Samsungs?

Like a tablet or anything else that has Bluetooth?

Hi MrSentry,

Are there any error messages when trying to pair the phone?

Get back to me when you get a chance.

They seem to just do that... I can pair my phone just fine, but you can't talk to it or do any of the voice commands for your USB iPod. I've got the latest update, I've done the resets.. I have not taken it in to the dealer yet, so I know that's on me..

The Ford service people on here are here to help, so take advantage of that, so if/when you take it in, keep them in the loop and I'm sure they will offer a bit more help as needed.

I know I have to take it in to the dealer... I just haven't done it yet and have been bitching about the whole SYNC thing for well over a year now..

I've still got time on my warranty, so I'm not in a rush and I don't live and die by SYNC, so it's not high on my list of priorities at the moment..

Good luck with it!

Mitch

Has your Sync subscription expired? Don't know how that may effect your phone syncing up to your truck. I know I need to renew mine in a few weeks.
