HVAC problem

I have a 2012 Lariat with dual climate control. Drivers side temp only blows cold air. passenger side works properly. dash vent and defrost settings work properly. From researching I suspect blend door motor. However, mine doesn't or never has made the clicking noise everyone else seems to experience. Could it be something else? Would hate to take it all apart if something else is wrong. Any one else had a bad blend door actuator that didn't make the clicking sound?

Hi rjp,

It sounds like you're going to work on this yourself, but keep in mind you can always get the dealership involved if you run into any challenges. How many miles are on your truck?
