If the fuse keeps melting you probably have a problem with the fuse box and Ford has a TSB to fix it. I cannot remember the TSB number but i remember the part that fixes it. It is a fuel pump fuse relocation kit that will stop that fuse from melting and it will come with an instruction sheet and all necessary parts needed.
