I have a 2013 F150 that's 4x4 with the 3.5L EB engine. I bought it CPO in November and it came with a leveling kit installed in the front. I added a truck topper to the bed because I travel with my dogs and this cause the front end to sit higher than the back, so I had a shop remove my leveling kit.

When it's cold, I now get a low grinding/growl noise from the front end when braking and/or turning. I can feel it in the steering wheel. It's been getting worse the last few weeks but I cannot find anything on the forum that might indicate what's causing the issue.

How many miles are on the truck, GeorgiaF150? Have you gone to your local dealership so they can inspect? If you decide to get them involved, I'll be able to look into some options to help.

I have about 45,000 miles on the truck. I want to take it in to the dealership soon but didn't know if providing a little direction would be helpful in getting the problem corrected.

 

was this happen with leveling kit on? I will stop by shop who removed leveling kit.

 

want to look and see if they did it right I mean theirs tons of stuff that could be out of alien now. take it to a ford dealer and get it looked at.
on side note want to sale the leave kit?
