Tire and size recommendations

I’ve got a 2011 FX2 that I’ll be lift/leveling using OEM FX4 blocks in the rear and Bilstein 5100’s in the front probably set at 2”. I’m going to preface with the fact that I’m on asphalt 80% of the time so I want a decent ride on the road/highway. I may occasionally be in a tore-up grass/dirt lot, slightly wet gravel road, pulling a light 19’ flats boat, or on some hard sand.

I’m fairly set on Michelin LTX M/S2 but if you can present another tire with a good argument I won’t be ignorant either. My main question is the tire size, I don’t have to max out the tire size I’m capable of fitting but I’d like to be just inside the 32-33” range. I’m pretty sure I’d rather not go to an E load tire, again please if you have any tips on this let me hear em. It looks like the available sizes for the LTX are 265/70R18 (10.43” stock width) and 275/65R18 (10.83” width). Basically what do you recommend? The $100 cost difference ($20 more each for the wider) over all 4 isn’t a huge deal but is worth considering.

Nice tires, but those are both more aggressive that what I would need.

Also, how wide can I safely go before I start to rub? I want to have plenty of clearance on stock 18" without any trimming

You can fit up to a 315mm wide tire and not rub most of the time. Some people start rubbing with 295s and a mud terrain tread.

Toyo H/T in a 285/65R18 (32.6*11.2) or 265/70R18 (32.6*10.4)

Those are nice, it looks like I'm going to have to stay at the 275/65 size if I want a standard load tire though. I don't think I want the heavier E load rated tires, any comments on this?
