Heat and A/C not working

My heat recently stopped working and i would like to know why. I've just changed the resistior this morning.
Is anyone able to help me out?

I would like to fix this problem before thursday morning.

Details of the truck? Year, engine, manual or automatic HVAC?

Is the engine getting up to temp? Fan blowing?

2010 F150 5.4 manual. The engine is fine its just the inside thats not heated up.
