I'd like to swap out my lamp assemblies for the smoked ones found in a FX4. I heard that they can be found online at a decent price. Does anyone know a good place to purchase a full set? (I need a set with standard headlights)

 

They are not smoked - the innards are painted black. Lenses are still clear - no tint.

You can easily do the same and save yerself a bundle.

I know you're looking for the halogen fx's, but have you given the factory hid's a thought? Well worth the money and a huge improvement in output. I see you're in central, Pa. If you're close and have any questions, I'm probably local to you.

Nah, those stay stock. They should be here tomorrow. My STX Chromies that are on the truck now are the ones getting retro'd. That way if I mess em up I still have the FX4 lights, which I like.

Love the new lights. Have you gotten yours yet? Going to paint to match the edge of the FX4's to get rid of the "silver lining" on the new tails.

 

The insert won't fit your grill surround. The STX Sport grill has a different grill surround than all other 2014s. It will fit a 2011-12 grill surround because it is a 2011-12 Harley grill painted black..

I had one on my 2011 FX4.

Yeah they are. Book marked that. I have the stuff to PTM it myself now. will wait to see how well it matches before I pull the trigger on that grill. They have the same grille on ebay for 50 bucks more + Shipping. lol.
