No heat

Brought my truck in for a new fuse 2 weeks ago and have noticed a few strange changes since. I used to set my climate control at 80 deg on the auto setting and it seemed as if the fans would only turn on when the air temp reached 80. (This seemed normal and logical.) Now, with the climate control set at 80 deg on the auto setting the fan immediately pumps out cold air and no longer waits for the air to come up to temp. The air never gets warm so I essentially have no heat. Heated seat takes 15 minutes to heat up. Hoping to get some advice here. Thanks

I just had to have the blend door actuator replaced in mine - I had heat of the drivers side but ice cold on the passenger side.
