Power Steering Hose Blew Off

Last week the power steering return line hose blew off on my 2010 F150 5.4 with 90k miles. This was at the uppermost hose on the cooler in front of the radiator. I put it back on and filled it with atf. It blew off again later that day. Once I got it home I cleaned it up and inspected the hose and it looked okay. I replaced the squeeze style oem clamp with a worm drive clamp and the problem seems to be fixed. Has anyone else had this problem? I would not think a return line should have enough pressure to keep blowing a hose off. Is there an underlying problem with the pump or rack?

Nah, regardless of what others may say I think the squeeze clamps are junk. They lose tension when they get hot.

Which cooler in front of the radiator? The wide cooler is the transmission cooler. The PS cooler is just a loop of hose. It isn't in front of the radiator on my 2009.
