Level 2 inch with 33x12.5r20s tires on stock rims

6 inch BDS lift with 37x12.5r20s on 20x9.0 +20 offset wheels.

One costs $80 plus alignment and labor, lets you use stock wheels and tires. The other is $2800 with labor included, then requires new tires at the very least and many times new wheels. That's the deciding factor. Everyone wants a lift, it's just paying for it that sucks and keeps people from doing it haha.

Mine is an 06 (and 2WD, not 4x4) but ya get the idea

2" level and 2" rear blocks. Sits about exactly like your 4x4 does right now

6" Fabtech at 8"

KMAC hit it dead on the nail. Im itching like crazy to get mine lifted just saving up to the right time. Also consider that anything over a 6" lift depending on the size and brand, you may have to re-gear, and tune. That's even more money that you'll be spending. I say do what makes you feel happy and makes the drive more enjoyable to your liking. Keep us posted.

I agree. The new trucks are much better (more power and the 6 speed trannies), but my 06 with 3.55 gears and 35s downshifts WAY too much for my liking, so 4.88s are going in as soon as the parts get here. Tuning for tires is something I'd do regardless though, just so you speedo and MPG are accurate.

If you're up in the air now on a lift or level I would go with a lift.. I feel once you get that level you are just going to want more.. That's what happened to me.. I added a level, and wanted more so had to save up for a bit longer to get my lift. Should of just got the lift to begin with. Good luck!
