Hi Folks! I'm approaching the 100,000 miles in my 5.4 L 2010 FX4. Which sparks plug do you recommend?

Motorcraft SP-509. Why would you put anything different in it when you got 100k out of the originals?

I agree. I have a friend that is a Ford master technician, and he says save yourself a lot of random misfire issues and just buy the motorcraft plugs.

Thanks Bluejay, GLC & F 1Fiddy! Just after posting I use the search function and found Motorcraft is the way yo go. I tried to delete the post but I can't find how to do it. I appreciate your help.

I thought sp-515 were recommended for the 5.4?!

SP-515 is for the 04 to mid-08, the late 08's got a head redesign with conventional 1 piece plugs.

I would have thought the spark plugs for the redesigned heads would have fit the old heads as well. Thanks
