My truck is a 2009 king ranch with the 5.4. So it all started off with one day my truck wouldn't start so I ended up putting a new starter in it. Truck only had 105,000kms so not a lot for a starter to go but whatever changed it.

It ran fine for a while but now every week or two it all the sudden won't crank over. The radio turns off and fan cuts out like its going to start, also can hear relays clicking in the fuse box but nothing happens at all. You can try a dozen times and nothing. Now the weird thing I found through some trial and error was that the starter relay fuse was perfectly fine but if I pull it out and put it back in bam the truck will fire right up! Before I'd have to mess with it for a while to get it to start but now every time it does it I pop the hood, pull the fuse for 5 seconds, put it back in and the truck is fine for another week. Any ideas what could be wrong???
