Moving to this forum ;-)

Coming from the 2004-2008 forum over to this one because I just picked up my 2014 today and I really love it :-)

XLT 4x4 ecoboost with the 502A equip group and some other extras.

I said this in the other forum, but I'll say it here too...
One thing I was worried about was....would I actually be able to hear the turbo whistle? Back in the 80's I worked with my dad at a Porsche/Audi dealer and I had a lot of fun listening to the turbos spool up on the 944's and the 911's. Well, I wasn't disappointed with the Ecoboost. Around 2,000 RPM there starts a really awesome whistling from the turbos! Woohoo! LOL :-)

I'm really impressed with the power and acceleration. It puts my old 5.4L in the Lariat to shame. Fun, fun!

Congrats. And yes you can hear the turbos. They do get up and go pretty quickly. The 5.4 is not hard to put to shame

I like the cricket clicking sound it makes cruising down main street or near buildings. Very unique, but cool sound!
