takeoff vibration

2010 f150 4x4 reg cab 8'bed 3.73ls 43,000 miles. I'm getting a vibration on takeoff. Especially after sitting. Usually when first starting out, from a turn. It goes away, till it sits for a little bit. I had the clutch packs in the rear replaced probably 20,000 miles ago. Is the ls going again?

Sounds like it needs a bit more friction modifier, that would be the most economical next step.

Thats normal for a limited slip differential. Straight out of the owners manual: "The axle may exhibit a slight noise or vibration in tight turns with low vehicle speed. This is normal behavior and indicates the axle is working."

It started to do this about a month ago. Even does it when starting out with wheels straight. Got to go in for oil change in a week or 2. Will mention.

I'm sure your dealer will take care of this, tbones. If you need me for anything once you've received a diagnosis, let me know!

My 2010 started doing that, and got progressively worse.
