Wiring the*PAC MS-FRD1*to an aftermarket radio

I am installing an aftermarket radio into my 2010 F150 (no Sony or nav unit) using the*PAC MS-FRD1*to retain my sync controls. My problem is, I have the MS-FRD1*harnesses all plugged together and the aftermarket radio harness wired to the speaker outputs of the*MS-FRD1....but where do I connect my power, ground and constant? On one side of the MS-FRD1*there is a loose yellow and black wire coming straight from the factory harness and on the other side there is a loose red wire but it is connected to a relay. How do I get power to this cd player? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I found a link to the install instructions. If all else fails, there is a number to PAC audio at the bottom of the PDF file.
