It's not to bad and when your done get a alignment and ask the to look over your work while they're under it. That second set of eyes on it can resolve that...lol

ya, ive dropped a couple vehicles and lifted one. once you touch the suspension than you have creek rattle.... i was a mechanic now im a mechanical engineer so i know it wasnt my ability- it was putting all the stress on the front end and rear end vibration at high speeds.

i had my last 2 f150's in the shop several times ans at several shops

2010= dropped 3/5 belltech
Had rear vibrations over 50, mph and the front end popped over slow speed bumps

2012= lifted 2.5/1.5
Front end popped and knocked

Once you touch stock your ride quality is over. Ford spends millions making our trucks ride the way we do.

My new truck above just has new shoes on it and ive already sacrificed allot of ride quality, power and braking.

Rearend vibrations were due to not getting the drive line angle right. Kits these days compensate or address that issue.
Popping in the front sounds like something not tightened up all the way or endlink hitting something.

Looks great! I was looking forward to your picks with this generation of HD wheels. I have thought about switching to them as the polished look has really grown on me over chrome that peels. I think I will after seeing them on a non Harley. Very sharp man.

Wow! thank you all for the interest.
Sorry the pics are not great- really doesnt show off my tire size at all because they look HUGE in person lol

I think it turned out very clean after all. I also took off the STX stickers and thinking about removing the steps but im only 5'7" so it might be hard to get in and out.

I also want to get 5.0 stickers for the doors.

Very nice indeed. Leave the suspension alone, it looks perfect.

I looked at an 2013 Tuxedo Black 4x4 SCab this past Sunday, that the wife really liked, but decided against it because of the difficulty in keeping black clearcoat paint looking clean and swirl free. Are you having a hard time keeping your truck scratch free?

Well they did some warranty work on the bumper, washed it for me and it looked like they washed it with sandpaper, so they had to high speed buff it and now it looks good.
Its high sparkle black so its way easier than strait black, but ive only had it for a couple months so i havent washed it by hand yet- been snowy and cold.
