i have a 2011 f150 supercrew with the dual climate control.the drivers side is blowing hot and the passenger side is cold.i have both sides set to 60 degrees.i have read about the blend door motor and its cost to replace.is the one that needs replaced the drivers side since its the one acting up and is there any other fix than going to the dealer?any help appreciated.thanks!!!

 

I had the drivers side motor go bad in my 09. Took it to a local mechanic and he hooked s code reader up and it had a soft code that the drivers side one was bad. The dealer wanted $1300 and he charged me right at half. I had him replace both motors while he had it apart. He took the entire dash out, center console, both seats, and pulled the carpet back. Good luck.
