OK well I'm thinking I'm gonna go with the Bilstein 5100's, and some 295/60/20's. Do you guys think that setup with my stock rims will work out? Just concerned about the offset/backspace. I have a 2013 FX4.

The backspacing on the factory 20's can cause wide tires to rub on the upper control arm. I ran 305x55x20 Nitto Terra's on my '11 with factory wheels and had no rubbing even though they were real close to the control arm...some have rubbing some don't. You can't trim the control arm either! Lot's of member's run the 295x60 with no problems so I would go for it.

Perfect. Thanks PawPaw. If anyone else has some experience with this please chime in!

I run them with a 2" leveling kit and don't have any rubbing. But as PawPaw said some people do get a little rubbing on the UCA when turned to full lock.

I have the exact same setup as NASSTY (295/60R20 Trail Grapplers with a 2" level). Minor rubbing at on the UCA at full lock, but that's it. Stock wheels as well:

I run 295/70/18 Trail Grapplers on factory FX4 18's. No troubles, no trimming.

Not really an answer to your 20" question.. but a thought. I prefer the more rubber look of 18's to the more wheel look of 20's.
