In doing some research regarding aftermarket Navigation units for my 2012 FX4, I came across this Rosen in-dash Navigation.

I have never heard of this company before, but I must say I like the look of install. Anyone installed one of these.

 

When I went to crutchfield per your link, it stated it was no longer available.

 

Rosen makes a lot of small LED screens that are of very high quality. They are highly used in the aircraft industry. This setup only uses Rosen parts for the monitor but I'm not sure who makes the rest of if you can still get it.
