Think Im Done!! Before & After

I didn't make a lot of big changes, but just some stuff to make it my own. Fender flares, tinted brake lights and 3rd brake light, blacked out emblems, and spyder lights with TRS HID retro kit.

Only thing left is to paint the grill. Looks kinda crappy up close.

Please share comments or thoughts. I think I may put some small wheels spacers on it eventually just to give it a little bit of a wider stance now that it has the fender flares.

What brand flares did you use, and how are the installed on the truck? I want to put some on mine, but not sure if I should do the riveted ones.

looks good, kinda awkward looking from the front though. Looks like the tires are not wide enough for the big flares.

Cool

I think that looks soooo awesome! Nice Job! Where did you get the smoke tail lights? I got a set from a guy on Ebay. He's called Smoked Out Tail Lights.com (did it that way so as not to create a link). I had asked him for a set of medium tints, but the set I got are really dark like yours. I just tried one of mine to see how they illuminated, and I could hardly see the light. So I haven't installed them yet for fear I will get pulled over by the cops. Here in Delaware they are really strict on that crap. Did you put in a brighter bulb or anything. I really like the look of yours and now I'm itching to take a chance and put mine on. Gee, thanks .

I would recommend going much wider on the wheels... Looks really awkward from thee front. And definitely a bumper to match the width of the flares... Iron cross/ Iron bull maybe?Maybe even a Raptor bumper.

Ya...I guess you are right!!

For now it is anyway. Not really sure if there is anything I want to do to it. I need some new floor mats and have to get the remote start looked at. It is not working right now. Other then that, I am pretty happy with it. Do need to get a programmer eventually, maybe edge. Just something to give a little extra and more to correct the speedo.

I will get some more pics after I put the spacers on. Hopefully Wed or Thur.

He just thinks he's "done," Barrett! He'll find out soon enough that there is no end . . . I calculated out my total mod cost last night down to the dollar and dayum I have spent way more than I thought and it isn't even lifted yet!

I think it looks really good. Only thing is to maybe PTM the fender flares so everything is gloss black. But it your door handles, badges, and some other stuff are still flat black (I can't tell), then there might be enough flat to pull it off. But other than that, I think the spacers will balance it out and give it a nice squat.

The emblems are plasti-dipped, so pretty much a flat black. The wheels are too pretty much, so I thought leaving the flares would set it off nice. I plan on painting the grill in the next day or two. I am going to try flat 1st to see what it looks like.

Ok, the flat black is fine then! If the grill is RBP (looks like it might be), you can send it back to them, especially for how much those damn things cost!
