Bought a new Ford

I pick it up on Thursday. 2013 F-150 SuperCab with the full length bed. XLT trim with the 5.0 and 3.55 rear end. Buckets and 302A option package. I tried to do a deal on a 2013 Sierra ext cab to keep my streak of GMCs going but Ford made me a better deal. I am pumped for this new project and look forward to spending some more time on this board!

Waiting at the dealership

Thank you sir! In all fairness, I have never been too brand loyal between GM/Ford. Usually just went with what I felt was the best deal at the time, but feel free to mess with your friends anyway! The dealership group that I deal with has all the GM and Ford/Merc. My last Ford was an 04 SCREW Lariat and I loved that truck dearly.

Well I picked her up this morning and immediately got to work on her.

Got the windows tinted this afternoon

Red Wolf license plate was the first thing I did to it

Took the bedmat from my Sierra and used a razor knife to trim it to fit and then got my toolboxes installed

Interior shot

Looking good, Moss, mighty good! I'm like you, not brand loyal, whichever I can get best deal on, trying to determine reliability. Most seem to be pretty good. Keep ye pics coming!

Thank ya sir! I have the smoked led mirror lenses sitting in my garage but I am a little weary of tackling that project myself. May have a shop do it. Next after that is OEM Harley head lights and a little further down the road will be leveling and tires.

nice job on the bed mat and tint. Sun can really ruin an interior in a few yrs on a non tinted truck.
