I'm curious if anyone knows what the little arrow next to the gas pump symbol in the "gallons used" portion of the trip odometer means. As far as I recall, it has always pointed down, never up. Curious what it is....

Is it pointing to the left? Which side your gas tank is on...

 

OP is talking about something different Cuz... It's in the trip meter where it shows gallons used.

I have been wondering the same thing as the OP... One day I guess I'll take the time to see if the owners manual has an explanation...

 

Yea, I'm in my truck now. I see, the blue arrow pointing down. Never noticed it before.

Nothing in the owner manual... already looked there.

 

I always thought it just meant that your using gas meaning less in the tank.. Maybe one day it will show a up arrow and magically more gas entered the tank

 

I'm gonna have to check this out at work tomorrow haha
