My '13 XLT crew does it at high speeds too. Seem to be coming through front doors only, especially driver's side door. Also seems to be worse with some wind outside.

My '12 and '11 were quiet.

For kicks I drove another'13 XLT crew at work. The front door wind noise was even worse than mine.

These trucks are paid for by my job. If they were my personal trucks, I would be trying like heck to get them fixed.

The mirrors are the big noise makers at elevated speeds.

Check around your cab vents in the rear of the cab between the cab and box. One of the flaps might be open letting in unwanted noise.

Tires highly effect road noise, I work in the noise and vibration department at the Nissan proving grounds. Tire pressure will also effect the road noise. Also to determine it is road noise, do you here it on all road surfaces? It should be much worse at around 30mph on a rough road and get better at higher speeds. If it gets worse at higher speeds it might be wind noise.

Update on this truck. The dealer replaced the bad battery. As far as the road noise, that was fixed also. It turns out that the door panel was not installed correctly and the inside felt strip that presses up against the window to seal it, was installed upside down. I think someone had a serious hangover that day at work when they put the doors together. I cant believe I didn't notice that part was upside down. Well the truck is quiet now.
