Aftermarket Stereo

Hi all I am new to the fourms, and I just bought a 2010 F150. I know this has been covered in a few threads but I just want to make sure I get the right info. I have the stock stereo in my truck which sounds so so. I think it is referred to as the integrated radio. It has sirius, but no sync, no steering wheel controls, and no amp (unless its hiding somewhere and I haven't found it yet).

If I replace the stereo do I need the expensive harness from Crutchfield (PAC C2R-FRD1 Factory Integration Adapter) or can I get away with the Metra XSVI-5520-NAV harness?

Thanks in advance
Mark
