Rear seats in '13 screw lock down?

Guys I did a quick search in the forum and came up snake eyes.

I took delivery of my '13 screw fx4 yesterday and have a question regarding the rear seats. In the manual it says that the seat lock in the down position and in the up position........I'm fine with the up positions and found the latch to release it......but the down doesn't lock nor can I find the handle the book mentions. Is it not supposed to lock in the down position? The book is screwing with my head.

I have a new 2013 Screw and was reading that part of the manual last evening. I had to do a double-take when I saw the part about locking in the down position:
1. Pull the control on the side of the seat to release the seat cushion
from the storage position.
2. Push the seat cushion down until it locks into the horizontal position.

Then I realized that was for the Scab seat. The Screw seat directions leave out the locking part:
1. Pull the handle on the bottom of
the seat cushion to release the seat
cushion from the storage position.
2. Push the seat cushion down until
it rests into the horizontal position.
