What are the keys for
Doors, ignition, tail gate, and spare tire should all be the same.
If they aren't chipped keys then they are probably just keys for the lot guys at the dealer. But I'm only guessing.

The keys are not shaped like ignition keys. They are smaller. If I could get pix to post this would be easier. Sorry
There is a pix in my album

Those keys look like they are for bike locks, cable locks, etc.
Isn't Onguard a lock company? Maybe the dealer put a lock on your spare tire or some where else on the truck?

Those keys are for something that didn't come from the factory.........
Chris is probably pretty close.

The red tag just talks about cleaning and lubricating the lock cylinder regularly with a spray lubricant. Can't see the rest of the tag very well.
Thanks for your help
Here is the answer. My dealer did not have the truck I wanted so they located one at another dealer in the area. That dealer must have a problem with people stealing spare tires (they had 85 f150s on their lot) so put locks on all of them. My dealer knew nothing about this. When I picked up my truck they said nothing about the lock. I hope when it comes time to need the spare the lock still works.

You'd better check and make sure that you have the right lock key NOW while you can still get some cooperation from the dealer AND before you're stuck in the middle of nowhere with a flat only to find you have the wrong key!
I disagree with taking off the lock and throwing it away. Leave it on there but wrap it in zip lock bag or something similar to protect it and keep the dirt and water out. You can just rip the bag off when you need to access the lock.

But I would NOT put a bag on the lock... it is likely to cause problems by trapping moisture. Even if you manage to keep the water from splashing in around the lock, the metal lock will cause moisture to condense inside the bag.
Just spray it with some WD-40 at each oil change.
