Question Interior Lights Just Pop On

I have a 2012 Lariat SCREW, I am sitting in the parking lot early in the morning waiting for the gym to open. Truck is dark, i rest my foot on the e brake but kinda tap the kick panel next to the e-brake and the dash lights up, and the interior lights come on as if the door had been opened. I check the door its closed. The lights go off after a bit, I tap again and they come back on. Anyone have an idea what is causing this? I have feeling it might be a short in the wiring somewhere. Anyone else have this issue?

I still haven't figured this out; I now notice that the lights will come on when I release the e-brake and also if I pull on the drivers door handle from outside while the truck is locked. It seems like what ever it is that makes the lights come on normally when you open the door has a short or something that causes the light to come when it jolted. Does that make ant sense to anyone? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I figure I will have to take it to the dealer, I just know they are going to want me ton leave it there with them. Does anyone happen to know where the switch that turns the lights on when the door is opened is located?

No it wasn't a clapper, but is was the dealer installed alarm system. I was able to disable the alarm and the issue went away. Just have to fint the time to take it back to the dealer that I bought the truck from.
