What is the small grill to the right of the steering wheel?

I had thought that was a sensor for cabin temps part of the A/C system..

Seems plausible but I don't have any idea. Maybe some sort of mic pickup area?

Speaker grill for all the startup chimes and such? Just a guess. Sensor grill sounds good too. First couple answers are the best though

I'm going with sensor for cabin temps part of the A/C system...

Not that it matters to me, just didn't see it anywhere in the owners manual.
