Replacing 2013 OEM HID Bulb

I have a friend that just bought a 2013 Platinum. He has done a 3000K projector retro in his fogs and now it kinda washes away the HID heads. So he bought a set of 6000K D3S bulbs to replace the factory 4300Kish. He came over yesterday to swap them out and i cant figure out how to remove the bulb. Has anyone tackled that yet?

BTW....going up the spectrum ain't going to help either.....a lot of you think going up makes it brighter and that's wrong....4300k is the most useful light for the human eye....

the oem lens and bowl suck although better than the h13 bulb....the best option would be to disassemble them and install the clear lens...

its also washing out the headlamps because the pnp hid kit isn't focused and causing to much foreground light from the glare and hot spots....

Soooo.... I looked at the link, but as far as someone changing JUST the bulbs, how did you do it??? I can't get the two screws out that appear to hold the bulbs in..... Any suggestions?

Those tiny screws are what hold it in, then you have to unplug the harness from it. I installed the 6000K Phillips bulbs and wasnt happy with them at all, went back to stock after 2-3 days.
