Question Good American Made Tonneau Cover?

Hello,
I am looking for a Tonneau Cover for my 2012 F150. A good quality American Made cover is very inportant to me. The Extang Encore is advertised quite often in Truck Trend. Is this a good product? I noticed that certain companies who make other Covers post here.
Thank you in advance!

After going through many websites, I think I am leaning towards a folding cover. Does anyone have an Extang Encore on a truck with the Ford Plastic Bedliner?

I have an Extang Trifecta and I love it. It's made in Michigan and Extang has great customer service should you ever have any issues with it.

I love my Truxedo LoPro. I had one on my '05 F150, and now on my '08 F250. Haven't had a problem at all, and I love the ability to easily roll it up. It seals pretty well too, and, yes, I just checked and it is made in the USA!

retrogameroom,

I noticed that no one has mentioned Fold-a-Cover products yet. All of our products are manufactured just south of Grand Rapids, Michigan in Caledonia.

You can see photos and videos of our products on our website, but I also wanted to point you to a list of reviews that forum members have written so that you can get an idea of what the end consumers have to say.

Also, don't forget, because we are a sponsor on F-150 Online we offer all members here an extra $25 off our current promotion simply by using the discount code F150Online25 in our Factory Store if they decide to go with our cover.

Is there any drilling required for this cover? I eliminated the Peragon because I do not believe in drilling into a new truck.

There is no drilling required with our G4 Elite Fold-a-Cover. You will need access to the stake pockets however. If your truck does not come with stake pockets we have a clamp-on mounting system our rails that mount on the side of the truck bed.

This blog post on our site discusses the clamp-on mounting system.

I installed the Fold-a-cover on my 2013 FX4, absolutely no drilling fits and looks great and easy to use. I love my cover and I suggest getting the personal caddy with it. Locks and holds securely, mine kept most of the rain out of the bed but I have the step in my tailgate and the seams for the step let water run in the tailgate area. Had nothing to do with the cover it was more tailgate. Again I absolutely love mine. Fast and well packaged shipping....

I have an Undercover SE. This is my second Undercover (other was on a Tundra). They are secure, water doesn't get in the bed and easily taken off for bigger loads.

I've had my Extang Solid Fold on 3 F150's now and I love it. Secure, durable and weather proof. You can easily stand on it and it comes off in a matter of seconds.

Love my Peragon -- drilling or not. Four tiny holes that are out of site... Good luck with your search!
